2020–2024 Community Development & Urban Planning Strategist, Satterley Property Group, Australia. Developed and implemented Garland Protocol 

2019–2025 Creative Director & Concept Developer, Ownersegg, Koenigsegg Automotive AB, Zurich, Global. Directed the development and launch of the Ownersegg. 

2019– 2022  Arts, Culture & Urban Planning Strategist, Eastlink Freeway, Melbourne Implemented comprehensive public art initiatives, integrating arts, heritage, and ecological practices.

Designed and created 500m2 mosaic swimming pool with 22 carat white gold and mother-of-pearl, the then most expensive home in Victoria sold for $38 million.
